Sikkha Cloud

Terms of Service

Version 2026-10-27 · Effective Tuesday, 27 October 2026

These terms are the rules for using Sikkha Cloud (sikkha.site). They apply to the institution that registers (through the person who accepts them on its behalf) and to everyone who uses that institution's workspace. Please read them with the Privacy Policy.

1. Opening an account

The person registering confirms that they may accept these terms for the institution and that the details given are correct.

2. The service

Sikkha Cloud provides online software for students, attendance, exams and results, fees, staff, notices, messages and the institution's website. Features may improve or change; we will give notice before removing a major feature an institution relies on.

3. Accounts and security

4. The institution's data

The institution's data belongs to the institution. We process it only to provide the service, as the Privacy Policy describes. The institution confirms it has the right to hold that data and has informed guardians and staff, or obtained their consent, where needed (for example before publishing photos or results on its website).

5. Acceptable use

6. The website and its address

The institution uses <address>.sikkha.site while its account is active. We may refuse or take back a misleading address (for example one that looks like a government office, a board or a bank).

7. Trial, fees and payment

8. Availability and backups

We work for a reliable service and keep daily backups, but we cannot promise the service will never be interrupted. It may be briefly unavailable during maintenance.

9. Ending the service

An institution can leave at any time; download your data first. We may also close an account after notice for a serious breach or unpaid fees. Data is then deleted as the Privacy Policy describes.

10. Liability

As far as the law allows, the service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees the institution paid in the 12 months before it. The institution remains responsible for its own decisions, such as the results it publishes.

11. Changes

The version and date are shown above. Significant changes are announced in the app before they take effect. Using the service after a change means accepting the new terms; if you do not agree you may close the account.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh; disputes go to the courts of Dhaka.
